First established in 1954, Beijing Exhibition Theater
is named by Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou Enlai
and is famous for its grand Russian style.
As
the first big-scaled, comprehensive exhibit venue
in Beijing, it covers an area of about 200,000
square meters mixing multi-function of exhibition,
accommodation, food, entertainment and advertisement
together.
Containing 2,700 seats inside the main hall, Beijing
Exhibition Theater is the biggest professional theatre
for concert and ballet, while is the favorite of
audiences because of transportation convenience near
Xizhimen.
