| The Seville Royal Symphony Orchestra was established in 1991, with the support of the province of Andalusia and the Seville Municipal Government and in 1995 was granted the title Royal by His Majesty Juan Carlos I.
With 103 players, it is under the artistic direction of Pedro Halffter, who was preceded by Vjekoslav Sutej, Klaus Weise and Alain Lombard. The orchestra offers a subscription series, with concerts that have brought collaboration with internationally distinguished conductors and soloists, and serves also in opera and ballet, while also offering film and popular music, in addition to standard and other contemporary epertoire. The Chamber Orchestra, with smaller ensembles drawn from the main orchestra, provides other repertoire, and there have been many recordings, television appearances and broadcasts, all enriching the cultural life of the city and region. |

| With its ellipsoidal shell, the National Grand Theater, also named as National Centre for the Performing Arts, is the top class theater in China, which was designed to present Chinese audiences with world-class artistic performances, from large-scale operas and plays to musicals and concerts. The complex encompasses is divided into a 2,416-seat opera house, a 2,017-seat concert hall, and a 1,040-seat lyric theatre.
