Covering civilization of Mesopotamia, India, Egypt, Greece, Rome and Maya, the Great Ancient Civilizations Exhibition opens to the pubic in Sep 28, 2006 and will last to Aug 8, 2008. It’s the first exhibition with a theme of world civilization and the long-term basic exhibit of the China Century Alter.

328 pieces of rare collections 3000 B.C. to 18th century will be exhibited here including sculpture, bronze, wall painting, pottery, jewel and etc. Some rare arts work like Sculpture of Trajan from Rome, Sculpture of Venus from Greece, Sculpture of Sphinx from Egypt will be presented in this exhibit.

The exhibit provides a communication plat for diverse civilization where they talking with each other here, understanding and referencing each other. Also they will provide a useful education for grand popularity in China.
